- **Anonymous**: "Leider waren wir nicht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Als wir ankamen war die Spülmaschine ausgelaufen und alles Stand unter Wasser. Alle Fußböden waren sehr dreckig, sodass die Socken, die man an hatte hinterher schwarz waren. Der Pool war dreckig. Die Klimaanlage ist immer wieder ausgefallen. Ein Bett war defekt und es war generell auch 1 Bett weniger als angegeben. 

Wir hatten gebeten alles zu reparieren, das wurde auch gemacht, aber es wurde nicht nachhaltig repariert sondern z.B. bei dem Bett nur eine Kiste drunter gestellt. Es war weiterhin schief. 
Die Klimaanlage wurde repariert, war aber kurze Zeit später wieder defekt. 

Diese Unterkunft ist für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen." (4/5)

Your home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. I was impressed by the many amenities provided, which made my stay both comfortable and convenient. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.

I also want to extend a special thank you to your staff for the kindness, compassion, and empathy they showed my family during our stay. We were in town preparing for my daughter’s Celebration of Life, which was an incredibly difficult time for us. Their understanding, patience, and genuine care meant more than words can express and helped make a challenging period a little easier to navigate.
