Lux Miami Villa Heated Pool 10 min to Beach

This house/property was beautiful, spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of space and it had all the comforts and privacy you'd expect from a home. We loved the pool, the vibe outside is perfection. We made smores outside and played ping pong! We equally enjoyed the arcade, popcorn machine and pool table inside. It is a very aesthetically pleasing home that was perfect to come home to after a long day spent sightseeing or at the beach. Very relaxing. We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the super responsive host (David) when we had a few questions. We needed a few supplies and they were delivered very quickly! We highly recommend this place!

My stay with a family of 9 this home was the perfect match, close enough to shopping center for groceries and fast foods. The backyard and pool was the highlight of our stay looks just like the pictures. Having the three full bathrooms was great everyone was able to shower without having to rush and to add that we had more than enough bath towels and pool towels. Washer and dryer Helped keep all our clothes and the towels clean for our 4days stay whenever we needed them. I would recommend this home 100% And to add the host David amazing, responded right away and handled whatever it was I needed.

The house has significantly more wear and tear than the photos show, including broken tiles and cabinet doors coming off the cabinets. There were dirty coffee mugs in the sink. Worst of all, the air conditioning didn't work. Set at 69, it registered at 83 degrees during summer heat. Host never came to look and only sent ideas of how to reset, none of which worked. The bedrooms were stifling and we ended up sleeping in a hotel, only coming back to use the pool. After we checked out, they offered a credit for part of the fee, which I accepted, but the credit never came and the host is no longer responding to me.
