Although we did not have a chance to use the grill, one was available. The bathroom to room ratio was perfect for the amount of guests we had. The couches in the living room were not very comfortable and did have a few noticeable stains on them. The bedroom that leads out to the backyard had a quite a few issues with bugs. Most were common bugs that you would find in a house, however coming back in one afternoon, there was a large cockroach like bug. We did kill it, but it was a concern. We did notice that one of the doors had a small opening at the top even with the door being completely shut. We let the host know and they said pest control would be by after we left. We did take the time to wash all of our belongings before checkout. The host was kind enough to offer a late afternoon checkout for a small fee." (6/5)
