Tropical Private Pool Home FirePit and Arcades

Came down for my birthday (June 13th) & I absolutely had a blast . One of the best birthdays I’ve had in a while ! There were plenty activities for the kids, a game room, floaters for the pool (& the pool was warm) ! The house itself was cozy, heartfelt, & comfortable ! Kitchen appliances, toiletries, laundry soap, just everything you need was available . My host, Gabrielle was very accommodating, communication was on point, I literally had 0 issues . I even got to extend a night for a discounted price ! I’m coming back to FL in next month if this house is available I’d most definitely 100% book again !

Host was very responsive and took care of any issues we had.

The house was not quite what I expected based on the photos and information provided. There were broken blinds, broken closet doors, no small towels, and we were not offered additional towels until the third day. There was also quite a bit of dirt and dust throughout the house, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each restroom. My biggest concern, however, was people coming onto the property without any prior notice. I have a small child, so that made me very uncomfortable and concerned about our privacy and safety. I do believe the property has a lot of potential, but I feel certain things should be addressed and communicated more clearly to guests before booking. The photos and description set a different expectation than the experience I had during my stay. Clear communication regarding the condition of the property, available amenities, and anyone who may need to access the property would make a big difference for future guests.
