Location A+ 5 min walk to Beach | Cozy 1BDR

Tudo perfeito!!

Tara’s place was nice it was close to the beach and very private. I enjoyed my stay there will be back again

The apartment's location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the photos match the property accurately. However, our stay fell short due to severe cleanliness, comfort, and operational issues. Upon arrival, we found the shower and kitchen surfaces unclean, heavy dust and leftover dirty socks under the sofa, and bedsheets that lacked a fresh smell. Check-in was frustrating without advance gate instructions. Sleep quality was heavily compromised by intense nighttime street noise from trash trucks picking up glass bottles repeatedly through the night. Communication is poor because you deal with an unresponsive management team rather than a host; our broken microwave took days to replace. The Wi-Fi is too slow for work or streaming, and the assigned parking is unreliable, if another car takes your spot, you are stuck paying for street parking. With better management and maintenance, this place has potential, but we cannot recommend it.
